Almond-Crusted Baked Cod



Almond-crusted cod is served atop garlicky sautéed spinach with potatoes au gratin.

A classic seafood dish with New England flavor.

Cod filets are topped with a combination of Dijon, dill, citrus and almonds and baked to perfection. The fish is accompanied by a garlic-and-lemon sauté of spinach and creamy potatoes au gratin flavored with Parmesan, cauliflower and onion.
