Our Mission

Nutritious, delicious food for people combating disease.

Cuisine for Healing is committed to making nutritious, delicious food readily available to people combating disease while providing education about the power of healing food.

Nutrition is vital to the survival and quality of life of the cancer patient and others fighting a life-threatening disease.

The National Cancer Institute estimates that roughly one-third of all cancer deaths may be diet-related.

It’s important to know WHAT to eat and what NOT to eat when you have a life-threatening disease. It’s even more important to know where you can find the food or how a caregiver can prepare it for you.

When someone is fighting a life-threatening disease, their body needs additional nutrition. Their tastes change. Their appetites and energy are greatly diminished, and they are too tired to shop and prepare their own food. Healthy “ready made” food needs to be available to meet these needs.

The food needs to be:

  • Free of Hormones
  • Free of Preservatives
  • Free of Antibiotics
  • Free of Pesticides
  • Free of Trans Fats
  • Free of Artificial Flavors, Colors and Sweetener
  • Free of Refined Sugar
  • Organic, When Possible

Cuisine For Healing will partner with food companies (food manufacturers, retail establishments, restaurants, personal chefs and caterers) to offer these foods to the public. They will be identified by our logo, which means they meet the criteria listed above.

Our driving VISION is a world where cancer and other related illnesses are prevented, treated and even eliminated through the power of healthy food!

Our GOALS are:
1) To educate the communities we serve regarding healthy food and its documented ability to heal the body, prevent and combat disease and aid in the overall well-being of the individual.
2) To make nutritious food (CFH Certified*)readily and easily available for cancer patients, survivors and others fighting illnesses/diseases.
3) To make nutritious food available to all individuals, regardless of income level.
4) To partner with and support companies that share our mission and vision.
